If you're having cache issues with your website, there are a number of things to try in order fix it. The table below is ranked from easiest to most complicated. Start with the first row, and check to see if your caching issue has been resolved before moving onto the next one.

Steps to try
Clear the firewall cache Clear cache for your Web Application Firewall (WAF)
Clear the browser cache Clear my browser's cache
Set cache level to site caching Change my cache level
Cache exceptions

If you want to disable caching on specific files or directories, you can do it without disabling the entire cache.

  1. Go to your GoDaddy product page .
  2. Under Website Security and Backups, next to the Website Security account you want to use, click Manage.
  3. On the navigation menu, click Firewall.

  4. Click the gear icon and then Performance.
    Performance
  5. Click Non-Cache URL's and enter the link to the page you don't want cached. Click Add URL.

Note: Please, don't insert high traffic pages/directories like /feed/ on the non-cache URL. Your website will be vulnerable to DDoS attacks.

We'll still cache images, .css, .js, .pdf, .txt, .mp3 and a few more extensions in your WAF, regardless of the cache mode or non-cached URLs.
